Crystal lives in Palmer Lake and is an esthetician license. She’s also an avid yogi and certified yoga teacher. She hopes to use her skills and love of both yoga and skin care to empower women to be more present, and to see their beauty, value, and strength.

With a robust background in hotel management spanning twenty-five years and five years of experience as a massage therapist, Kristie brings a wealth of expertise and a dedication to improving clients’ well-being. Passionate about making people feel better and enhancing their daily movement, Kristie is committed to providing exceptional massage therapy services. After moving to Monument from Conifer five years ago, Kristie has embraced the local community.
