Monumental Wellness Retreat
Creating Safe Spaces for Healing, From the Inside Out
Born out of Monumental Med Spa, Monumental Wellness Retreat is a Palmer Lake nonprofit supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence, relationship abuse, emotional abuse, and psychological trauma. What began with a passion for helping people feel better externally has grown into a mission to walk alongside survivors through healing and internal transformation.
Based here in the Tri-Lakes community, Monumental Wellness Retreat provides programs, peer support, survivor storytelling, and a community of care for those rebuilding after abuse.
