She has 3 sons and remains active in our community. She loves to hike, camp, and enjoy time outdoors by any body of water. She believes in lifting each other up to be the best version of ourselves.

Crystal lives in Palmer Lake and is an esthetician license. She’s also an avid yogi and certified yoga teacher. She hopes to use her skills and love of both yoga and skin care to empower women to be more present, and to see their beauty, value, and strength.
